Our History

Bauer & Company was founded in 2014 by Chris Bauer. He formed Bauer & Company after working in the field of audit and accounting for 17 years for KPMG and PMB Helin Donovan.

The mission of Bauer & Company is to always strive for excellence in providing services to clients by maintaining sound professional, business and ethical standards. We invest in our people, tailoring a career path specific to their unique strengths and goals, while encouraging commitment to family and giving back to our local community with our collective time and earnings.

We donate 10% of gross margin to Austin area and international Not-for-Profits that are aligned with our interests and values. We are committed to giving our time to those same organizations, and to our families and friends.
